In the early years of our marriage, my husband and I attended a Methodist church in Ohio. The minister was a wonderful man who taught God’s love and manifested it in his life. He taught about the love of God, about being born again of God’s spirit, about accepting Jesus Christ as your personal lord and savior and believing God raised him from the dead, and about Jesus Christ sitting at the right hand of God to make intercession for us.
Two couples in our church had taken Dr. Wierwille’s class on Power for Abundant Living. They invited us and another couple, who were our close friends, to go with them to a meeting at a hotel to hear Dr. Wierwille speak. Dr. and Mrs. Wierwille and three of their children had just returned home from their trip to India. Dr. Wierwille was so blessed and excited about this trip and the signs, miracles, and wonders that were wrought in India. That night he made it available to register for the Power for Abundant Living class.
There were five of us from our church who decided to take the class. We were so blessed to learn God’s Word rightly divided. My husband and I have stood faithfully ever since. We can’t thank God enough for His Word that we have learned throughout the years. There are no words to fully convey, and no price that could be paid to express our thankfulness to God for His Word and The Way International. What joy and peace to know God’s will for my life, and to live His Word each day.
